Jennifer Ludwig, LMFT

Jennifer is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Oregon and has spent the past four years clinically working in a community mental health setting. Jennifer is also a trained neurofeedback (NFB) clinician and has been providing clients with NFB treatments since completing her instruction in 2019 through the EEG Institute. In addition to utilizing NFB Jennifer also incorporates emotion focused and narrative therapies, with a specific focus on supporting the nervous system's well-being through mindfulness practices.

She also grounds herself in a therapeutic approach that centers on kindness, acceptance, authenticity, and respect. Jennifer intentionally strives to create a space that is affirming for clients who identify as gender-diverse, LGBTQIA, non-monogamous, and neurodivergent; and meets with youth (ages 6-17), adults, families, and intimate partners. Her areas of specific clinical interest include trauma healing, ADHD, autism spectrum, and both gender and sexual identity.
